Wellness is a form of balance, bringing what you already have within you and outside of you into harmony. Tools I use with my clients to help them to regain or enhance wellness include yoga, meditation, and other stress management techniques.
I offer my blend and experience in these modalities to clients in the form of group yoga studio classes, small group classes from my home studio, and private individual and family sessions.
