Meet Cindy

Cindy is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher (RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance and a Reiki II Practitioner. She completed her 300 hour certification with Willa Worsfold and 200 hour teacher training with Jacqui Bonwell. She is certified in Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, and Meditation through Sagel Urlacher. Cindy has studied anatomy with David Vendetti and functional movement with Johnny Gillespie. She is currently in the Gaia Wisdom School Mentorship Program with Dakota Earth Cloud Walker, deepening her connection to purpose, spirit, and nature. Cindy’s background is rooted in science and health care, with a bachelor’s degree in biology and neuroscience and a master’s degree in public health from Boston University. 

Cindy loves to learn, relearn, and experience with curiosity, and this is what she shares when she teaches. Cindy's stress management courses draw on her 20 years of experience working in office-based jobs for companies in the science and health care fields. In her yoga classes, you can look forward to a seamless journey of exploration through body, mind, and energy/spirit.
