Cindy Glennon, MPH, CIA, RYT-500 brings her real-world experience working directly in corporate, nonprofit, and small business environments to her workplace wellness services. 


Cindy is extensively trained and passionate for yoga, meditation, and stress management and knows how to communicate the usage of these tools to her clients. She brings together her experience in both worlds in a unique, highly tailored, and informed blend of wellness services to corporations, nonprofits, small businesses, industry conferences and events. 


In a business environment, she offers tailored wellness coaching, classes, stress management workshop series, and engaging presentations for teams and whole organizations to improve workforce happiness and give employees the tools to deal more effectively with stress.
