Summer. Take the time to just be. Enjoy. Contemplate. Time slows when you look around. Soak up the sunny days AND the rainy days, why wait for perfect conditions? Or recondition in your mind on the definition of perfect. Each moment there is a chance to pause, take a deep breath, bring awareness to internal and external. You don't have to wait for the weekend or the vacation. When you take that breath to recognize your beingness in the moment, you are living fully. It is there for you, within you, whether the surface conditions are comfortable or uncomfortable. Part of the practice is to reconnect to play and joy, spontaneity, nature, and share it with loved ones.
